ABSTRACT
Air and gas puri†cation from submicron particles is one of the prime components of modern technologies applied in high-precision mechanics, electronics, medicine, nanotechnologies, highpurity materials obtaining, etc. High requirements to air quality are declared for production departments where radioactive agents and different origin hazardous aerosols containing toxic chemical compounds are being generated. Therefore, adequate means of personal respiratory system protection against such aerosols as well as against bioaerosols containing viruses and bacteria are essential.
