ABSTRACT

Understanding the different processes involved in the water cycle, as well as their spatial and temporal variations, requires access to the relevant data. Such data is the necessary first step in any hydrological analysis, whether we are studying the water cycle, conducting an environmental impact assessment, or designing a hydraulic structure.
