ABSTRACT
The entry frames the authors' framework for sustainable supply chain improvement and the need for leadership. The entry points to the role of the Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR) in the process. SCOR is sponsored by the Supply Chain Council. Also addressed are lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints. The entry includes a figure describing the SCOR improvement process.
