ABSTRACT
Both profile reports were examined, and elements that may be useful in the creation of a POIPAT were itemized. See Appendix C for SSA Douglas’ profile report and Appendix D for Dr. Bond’s.
The following points were extracted from Dr. Bond’s report which could be useful in creating POIPAT elements:
• Mutilation was inflicted by a person who had no scientific nor anatomical knowledge. Does not even possess the technical knowledge of a butcher or horse slaughterer or any person accustomed to cut up dead animals.
