ABSTRACT

In the previous chapter we scored our entire list of Jack the Ripper suspects using the POIPAT we created specifically for that purpose. In this chapter we will use those scores not only to rank order the suspects but also to create a priority range. The priority range will determine if their scores place them in the high, medium or low priority range. If this was a current investigation where POIs were still being identified on an ongoing basis, this priority range would be used to determine where those new POIs fit on the priority scale.
