ABSTRACT
Normal alignment of the lesser toes relies upon static and dynamic stabilizers maintaining the bony relationships. Any disruption of the normal balance between these factors can manifest in a lesser toe deformity. The symptoms from these deformities vary and can range from being asymptomatic to disabling.
