ABSTRACT
Radiography using mobile X-ray equipment should be restricted to the patient whose medical condition is such that it is impossible for them to be moved to the X-ray department without seriously affecting their medical treatment and nursing care. Such patients may be found in surgical and medical ward environments and in the following areas:
• Intensive care unit (ICU, also known as intensive therapy or treatment units).
