ABSTRACT

Making decisions is a normal part of our daily routine. Most of our decisions are made with very little processing or reviewing of alternatives and their consequences. While we make most decisions singularly, we, however, do not act as individual decision makers on all matters affecting our life. There are instances when we make decisions as members of a group. Whether we are involved in the decision-making process as individuals or members of a group, many of the decisions we make have far-reaching consequences.
