ABSTRACT
Regulation policy has become the most frequent feature of liberal and social democracies over the last four decades. Yet, while the rise of those Regulatory States seems to characterize only Western countries, it has diffused also to other parts of the globe. The Middle East is one of the examples. This diffusion emphasizes the globalization of the Regulation Phenomena.
