ABSTRACT
The purpose of this chapter is to review the current knowledge of pediatric urolithiasis, with the emphasis being on the pathophysiology, clinical presentation, evaluation, and medical management of this condition. The surgical management of urinary calculi will be addressed in Chapter 26.
