Urodynamics of the lower and upper urinary tract

Many of the patients evaluated by a pediatric urologist have urinary tract dysfunction requiring urodynamic studies. Although the majority of urodynamics performed involve the assessment of lower tract function, there are select patients who need upper tract urodynamic studies.
