ABSTRACT
Conidial or anamorphic fungi reproduce characteristically by the formation of conidia or by the somatic hyphal differentiation (Alexopoulos et al., 1996; Kirk et al., 2008). Besides the formation of conidia, somatic structures such as chlamydospores or even hyphal fragments may also function as fungal multiplicants and dispersal structures (Kirk et al., 2008).
