ABSTRACT
Printable documents are one of the important modalities supporting human interaction, especially in the context of business meetings. This chapter attempts to answer an important research and applicative question: how can printable documents benefit the smart meeting minutes application? In other words, how can printable documents help in analyzing and understanding meetings? This chapter will present the research work and outcomes obtained mainly by various researchers at the University of Fribourg in the attempts to answer these questions.
