ABSTRACT
In the book titled Death Investigation, Adcock wrote about utilizing the scientific method but realized that this method was geared almost entirely to science-based projects. Therefore, he developed The Scientific Method for Investigators.1 Although this process targets ongoing or hot cases, if followed, it can be applied very effectively to cold cases as well.
