ABSTRACT
Patients with pleural disease are a very heterogenous group in terms of their clinical presentation, required management, and prognosis. is chapter will provide an overview of the clinical presentation and relevant investigations for these patients. Patients with pleural eusions at presentation account for the vast majority of patients with pleural disease and this chapter will focus predominantly on this patient group.
