ABSTRACT
Water scarcity and demand in arid and semi-arid regions appeal for an alternative water supply. A number of water reuse programs are running around the world in sectors such as agriculture, irrigation, and wetland conservation. Concerns of negative impacts on the environment due to nutrient discharge to surface resources are simultaneously resulting in compulsory reduction in the number of ocean discharges for all seasons of the year [19].
