ABSTRACT
NOTE: The only nerves located superficial to the deep investing fascia are the medial brachial cutaneous and medial antebrachial cutaneous (MABC) nerves. The most commonly referenced nerve is the MABC, which runs with the basilic vein and pierces the deep fascia an average of 14 cm proximal to the medial epicondyle.2
