4.1 INTRODUCTION

The analysis of hydraulic losses in blade impellers is given. Computer simulation has been applied to studying of hydrodynamic characteristics in the apparatus in program ANSYS-14 CFX. It is shown that it is expedient to apply aerodynamically rational roll forming of shovels of an impeller to hydraulic resistance decrease. Effect of viscosity of an irrigating liquid on gas cleaning process is investigated. The conducted researches give the grounds for acknowledging of a hypothesis on existence of such boundary concentration of suspension at which excess the apparatus overall performance decreases.
