CRITICAL POINTS Must Know ◾ High-grade spondylolisthesis is rare. It most commonly presents at the lumbosacral junction and is associated with spondylolysis.
◾ Most patients present with back pain or radicular pain (most commonly L5), and in some patients high-grade spondylolisthesis is an incidental finding.
