ABSTRACT
D A 30-year-old woman complains of swelling of her right leg for many years ever since her puberty. Recently, she has noticed some swelling in the other leg too. The limb feels heavy and uncomfortable, and she wishes to have some relief of her symptoms. Her 33-year-old sister also has a similar problem but not as bad.
