ABSTRACT
A A 35-year-old male, a recent visitor from Egypt, attended the emergency department with painless terminal haematuria. He had a few similar episodes while at home in Egypt. Clinical examination revealed no abnormality. On flexible cystoscopy at the one-stop haematuria clinic, he was found to have scattered tubercles and islands of pale patches resembling sand.
