ABSTRACT
C A 70-year-old man is found by his general practitioner to have persistent high blood pressure, which has proved refractory to antihypertensive therapy. He had undergone renal transplantation 3 years previously. Postoperatively he has progressed very well, and immunosuppressive regimen has been stable for a number of years.
