ABSTRACT
Medicinal film coatings on the basis of chitosan and antibiotics both of cephalosporin series and of aminoglycoside one have been considered. It has been shown that the antibiotics release from a film will be determined by the amount of antibiotics connected with chitosan by hydrogen bonds, on the one hand, and by the state of the polymer matrix, on the other.
