ABSTRACT

In the samples of fruit bodies of basidiomycetes level of activity of the proteolytic, cellulolytic and pectolytic enzymes is very high. Xylotrophic mushrooms obtain a high amylolytic activity. In saprotrophic fungi the amylases activity is absent. Mycorrhizal saprotrophs have a high pectinase activity as compared with the Litter saprotrophs
