ABSTRACT

Natural resources are indispensable for the life cycle. In this article few number of natural bio-resources exploited for synthesis of nanoparticles are discussed in brief. The large pool of basic raw materials of reducing and capping agents required for the synthesis nanomaterials could be used as the ecofriendly and body benign method of nanomaterials synthesis. It has various applications with main focus on biomedical applications. This article elaborates the use of microorganisms, various parts of plants such as leaves, fruits and herbs for the synthesis of nanomaterials with main focus on gold and silver nanoparticles. Nature is using nanoscale everywhere in living and nonliving things.
