ABSTRACT
CNTs have various diameter and length size distributions. Most of them depend on their structures, which depend on the electronic properties from metallic to semiconducting. The impurity of CNTs decreases the overall yield of usable material and will interfere with most of the desired properties of CNTs. Besides that, in all the forms of CNTs, they are dif cult to disperse and dissolve in the in water or organic compounds as resistance to wetting. Another dif culty is to make composites of insoluble nanotubes with other materials (Hirsch and Vostrowsky 2005).
