ABSTRACT

The new requirements led many clinics to modify their laboratories to improve air quality. Some clinics took a step further and built entirely new clean room facilities often with air quality that exceeded the air quality standards set out by the EUTCD. The decision to do this was often based on future proofing the new facility against potential tightening of regulation and the fact that the increased build costs were relatively modest over a facility that would meet the current requirements. Once you have decided to build a new laboratory, there are several key stages that you will need to be involved with.
