ABSTRACT
With the help of spatial-energy notions it is demonstrated that molecular electronegativity and energy characteristics of functional states of bio-systems are defined basically by P-parameter values of atom first valence electron. The principles of stationary biosystem formation are similar to the conditions of wave processes in the phase.
