ABSTRACT
Adhesions arising between sclera, conjunctiva and extra ocular muscles have a negative impact on the success of strabismus surgery. Avoiding traumatic surgical techniques, control of excessive hemorrhage, suppression of postoperative infection and inflammation and avoiding multiple surgical interventions are frequently employed to prevent adhesion formation following strabismus surgery.
