This Schedule is published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is for use in connection with Dayworks under a Building Contract.
EXPLANATORY NOTES
1 The rates in the Schedule are intended to apply solely to daywork carried out under and incidental to a Building Contract. They are NOT intended to apply to: (i) jobbing or any other work carried out as a main or separate contract; or (ii) work carried out after the date of commencement of the Defects Liability Period.
