ABSTRACT

It follows from results of the given work that the suggested theoretical approach allows to calculate the shift and splitting of the energy levels in the external electric field. Based on results of these calculations, it is possible to model the dynamic Stark effect and calculate the transition probabilities for Ne atom in the external electric field. Consequently the results of this modelling may be used for interpretation of the experimental data and prediction of behaviour of spectra for Ne atom in the electric field, and for diagnostics of plasma.
