ABSTRACT

There are numerous published reviews, books, educational pamphlets, videotapes, and software programs dealing with various aspects of food safety. In many cases, there is much duplication of material, and attempts should be made to coordinate efforts in this area. This is already happening in Canada and in the United States, where national food safety education programs are being developed. This chapter points out good sources of food safety education material focusing on the newest source of material presently available, the Internet.
