ABSTRACT
It is important to become comfortable in using each representation. We will see that using the different representations is like speaking different languages. The same message may be spoken while speaking a different language. Each representation can be translated (converted) into a different one. However, some techniques lend themselves more to one particular way, other techniques to another way. Once we see that they really give us the same information and we become comfortable using each one, we expand our set of usable design tools.
