ABSTRACT
The selection of reference material is intended for those who are either new to this subject or more widely read. From my own experience the volume by Grant and Leavenworth [1] is a good reference on the subject of quality, while the AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group) references contain material that could apply equally well to all industries.
