ABSTRACT
Our objective is to teach, and we teach mostly by example. A typical chapter begins with actual settings or real data sets. The author then guides the reader through the development of the methods in question while relating to these examples. When appropriate, the author refers the reader to the relevant parts of the most common statistical packages, especially SAS.
