ABSTRACT
Certain safeners, however, act as competitive antagonists by acting at the same site as herbicides. In this competitive antagonism, both herbicide and safener have a com mon site of action. Dichlormid shows competitive antagonism while interacting w i t h EPTC and alachlor.
