ABSTRACT
The organization should examine their current projects and the skills they in the organization needed to implement the supply chains they need to be successful. The portfolio and the available skills will indicate how far they have to go to achieve success. Local, narrow projects in the current portfolio and the absence of skills are important barriers to success.
