ABSTRACT
The entry calls attention to the fact that supply chain design and operation requires the participation of all functions. Supply chain change is a “team” effort. This includes a responsible, accountable, consulted, informed matrix (known as RACI) that recommends roles for organization functions like executive, financial, marketing, and operations.
