Multiple Supply Chains: Implementation

The entry describes two migration paths from a single supply chain to multiple supply chains. It describes three different kinds of supply chain, defined as a “sphere,” that might result. These are market‐centric, product‐centric, or operations‐centric. The three types are mapped to 16 supply chain types that make up the “supply chain spectrum.”
