ABSTRACT
This entry describes processes to achieve alignment of functions inside the company with the supply chain strategy. The processes in this entry focus on enlisting internal cooperation and staffing improvement projects. Because management must capture employees' hearts and minds, implementing collaborative relationships is a high‐risk endeavor. In fact, it is the most difficult of the five SCM tasks.
