ABSTRACT
Over the past few years neural networks have received a great deal of attention and are being treated as one of the most significant computational tools ever developed. Much of the excitement is due to the apparent ability of neural networks to imitate the humans brains ability to make decisions and draw conclusions when presented with complex, noisy, irrelevant, and/or partial information.
