ABSTRACT
The area of concentration of this group is assessment of state of structural systems with control under uncertain loadings. The major concerns are damage assessment, uncertainty in the loading and the structural resistance capacity with control, KnowledgeBased-Expert-System (KBES) and neural network technique, and finally special considerations of lifeline systems.
