with five departments: FEM, FiniteElement, InterFunct, FileResult and Node. The main one is the claaa FEM which orders several other divisions and knows how to coordinate between them. The departments have to cope with all the various details and do special or executive tasks. Figure 1 illustrates the overall class hierarchy.
