ABSTRACT
This chapter deals mainly with those legal aspects of prenatal testing that are most relevant for prenatal testing for late-onset neurogenetic diseases (in particular Huntington’s disease). As a consequence of this focus it is obvious that not all the legal problems of prenatal testing or of genetic testing in general are dealt with.
