Hoopes, the two experienced consultants who wrote the article from which Table 1 is taken, see “resilience” as one of the two critical factors in assessing the readiness and capability of change at three levels—for individuals, teams, and organizations. Table 1 summarizes indicators of five characteristics of resilience at each of the three levels of social aggregations relevant to the type of consultation they highlight.
