However,recentdata(53)suggeststhatthemacrophageFc-yRIIIreceptormayhaveahigher affinitythanoriginallythought.ThebindingspecificityforhumanlgGindicatesthatsubclasses IgGlandIgG3bindaboutequallywell,whereaslgG2andlgG4donotbind(78,79).
