ABSTRACT
Modern processes of society regionalization factor into forming a stable interest to economic and social aspects of tourism at a level-both of separate subordinate entities of the Federation and municipal units among which there are quite many traditionally “non-touristic” territories. This category also includes the Russian tourism cluster that is being formed now-the Chelyabinsk Oblast.
