ABSTRACT
The London Deanery is large and has two Associate Deans (ADs) of Postgrad uate Medicine working exclusively with hospital flexible training, including SHO posts. They work closely with the Deputy Dean of Postgraduate General Practice who has responsibility for flexible GP vocational training. Many other deaneries do not appear to have lead ADs but this may reflect their smaller number of flexible trainees.
