ABSTRACT
The Crime (Sentences) Act 1997 adds a number of additional ways of enforcing the fines.
Under s 35 of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997, where the offender has attained the age of 16, the court may impose a community service order or a curfew order as a penalty for default in paying a fine.
