ABSTRACT
Paragraph 3(2)(e) of Sched 6 enables the court to make an order that the offender remain in a specified place (or one of a number of places) for specified periods between 6.00 pm and 6.00 am.
The supervised person may not be required to remain at a place for longer than 10 hours on any one night (para 4(2)).
